Now I have supplemented the Webshop with some good to have things to keep your lawnmower in good condition.
A new item is an in-house made seal for the skid plate for the older machines, which has an aluminum cover attached with 4 screws.
I got tired of the poor design of the original seal when I noticed that the original does not work well to reuse, but results that the skid plate bearings often went bad after a season. On several occasions, I have received machines for service that were completely missing the original seal or were facing the wrong direction.
So if I thought correctly, the bearings will last significantly longer with the new gasket.
To be more sure of my case, I have tested whether it holds tightly, and it does not leak even if I subject it to some water pressure, see picture! Hope you like it!
Now there are also seals for the older wheel motors, which are always good to change as they are often cracked around the edge and can cause moisture to get into the robot, and I think that is a good addition when repairing the motors!
