Repair kit to repair and improve the wheel motors so that they last much longer than when they were new.
The parts in this repair kit are of a much higher quality than the original and have been carefully selected to create the best solution to achieve a long service life.
Now there are complete kits with all gears machined in high-quality material instead of the original's powder metal and molded plastic.
This kit fits Husqvarna Automower 305, 310, 310 MK2, 315, 315 MK2, 315X, 405X, 415X and Gardena Sileno city, and Sileno Life from around 2020.
The new stainless steel shaft prevents future rust and makes the motor more durable and tighter, especially together with our new shaft seal.
When the wheel bearings go bad, this shaft is usually not possible to save. In these cases, the shaft seal wears a groove in the shaft where the shaft seal must seal, with the result that the wheel bearings quickly break again.
The seal is located in the plastic end cap and the old one is dismantled and the new one is turned with the spring inwards towards the electric motor and lubricated generously with grease.
